Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and require at least half of the existing set to still be intact. Fixes done within 48 hours are free, and later fixes are charged as a fill. Clients who want to check their sensitivity to lash products can book a trial set, and all lash products used are latex free.

Facials and cosmetic injectables are not booked within 14 days of a permanent makeup appointment.

Piercing aftercare includes misting with saline spray two to three times a day for the first three weeks, leaving jewelry unchanged for at least the first six to eight weeks, and avoiding swimming for at least three weeks. The aftercare guidance references materials from the Association of Professional Piercers. The studio sells implant grade titanium, surgical steel and gold jewelry in store, along with handcrafted artisan jewelry, sterling silver pieces, handmade leather keychains, and crystals and fossils.
