The menu runs from classic shorties and gel manicures to freestyle sets, extended nails and a range of toe services. Toe work spans gel removal starting at $7 through acrylic toes and pedicures up to $72. Several services are tied to particular days of the week, such as Sunday combos, Thursday duck nails and Saturday sets, and the salon also runs weekly specials.
Booking is by appointment, with appointments set on the hour. Walk-ins are welcome only after a call. Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails, and design requests should be sent at least 24 hours ahead. A 10-minute grace period applies, late arrivals and no-shows are charged, and text confirmation is required or the appointment is canceled. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while shorter notice is charged at 50 percent of the service price and no-shows at 100 percent. The salon says all payment methods are accepted but that no card payments are taken. Listed prices apply to sets by Shantell McGriff only, and additional fees may apply for work done by other technicians.
The salon also rents a hair booth and a makeup booth by the day, at $60 per day according to its profile. Its Forever 101 Class costs $300 without supplies, runs three hours, and covers basic training including acrylic application.
