The studio is built around red hair color, and it takes on clients who want to go red or keep their red looking current.

The Red Transformation Color Session is a longer appointment of about four to six hours, aimed at first-time guests who want an all-over red, and it can include corrective color work. The Refresh Session runs about two and a half to three hours and is for existing guests: it includes a root color application along with either a red refresh haircut or a deep conditioning treatment. The studio suggests returning every four to eight weeks to keep the color fresh.

Along the way clients get an essential oil shampoo, a scalp massage and a hot towel wrap. Complimentary drinks and a charcuterie board are offered during appointments.

Sessions are planned around each client's hair goals instead of being sold as a list of separate services. New guests fill out an intake form covering their hair history and goals and are approved before they can book. Prices can move if a service takes longer or uses more product than usual, but any added cost is explained before the work begins.
