Intimate skincare is a large part of the offering. Vajacials range from a For Her Luxury treatment with cleansing, steam, a Brazilian wax, exfoliation, high frequency and a calming mask, to a For Her Ultimate Luxury option with a Brazilian wax, extraction, enzyme peel, high frequency and a treatment chosen for the client's needs. The Ultimate Peach Treatment covers the buttocks and back of the thigh. The Intimate Brightening Program is sold by area in three-session packages for the underarm, bikini line, bikini, anal area and inner thigh. Some areas include an at-home kit that is delivered in five to seven business days, and the studio suggests rebooking every 10 to 15 days. The Intimate Brightening/Peel is a single session on the bikini area and requires waxing of the bikini, underarm, inner thigh or anal area five to seven days before. Intimate brightening cannot be booked during menstruation, and it is not offered to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding or who have open lesions, sores or wounds.
Memberships suit regular waxing. The Glam membership includes one Brazilian wax every four weeks. The Luxury membership includes access to the For Her Glam Vajacial and 10% off extra services. The Ultimate Luxury membership adds a brow and underarm wax to a vajacial. The Unlimited Full Face Wax membership allows unlimited bookings for facial areas, including the eyebrow, lip, chin, cheek, neck, sideburns and nose. The Luxury and Ultimate Luxury plans are listed with a first-payment discount. New clients can buy Basic Brazilian wax packages, and each package allows one Brazilian to be gifted to a friend or family member.
Deposits are required to book all appointments and count toward the total service cost, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Clients have a 10-minute grace period on arrival. After that, the appointment may need rescheduling and the deposit may be forfeited. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice and rescheduling needs at least 12 hours' notice. Clients who do not show up without notice are charged 50% of the remaining service balance. Accepted payments include major credit cards, debit cards, cash and Buy Now, Pay Later, and pay over time is available on orders of $50 or more.
