Nail services include Russian dry pedicures, which are waterless and use Russian e-file techniques, in four tiers from Basic to Luxe Glow. Gel-X full sets include cuticle cleanup in a Russian manicure style, and the studio also offers Gel Builder in the Bottle, structure and hard gel on natural nails or fills, dual forms extensions, Gel-X freestyle designs, and a manicure clean-up without color. Nail services are not provided on nails showing signs of fungal infection, allergic reaction or other unhealthy conditions. Removal of product applied elsewhere is available for toes or nails.

Lash services cover classic, wet set, hybrid, soft volume, Russian volume, and volume with wispy or mega styles. Russian volume sets use handmade volume fans. First-time clients can book a New Client Lash Extension in any of the classic, hybrid, volume or wet look styles. Clients who already wear extensions need a removal add-on for that booking. A Korean lash lift lifts and curls natural lashes without extensions, and a lash extension remover is available for removing existing extensions.

Lash fills must be booked within 2 to 3 weeks of the last appointment and need at least 40% lash retention; otherwise a new full set is required. Fills done elsewhere are not performed. Lash appointments do not allow guests or children, while children aged 5 and older may attend nail appointments if they stay seated and supervised.

Brow and lip services are semi-permanent or permanent makeup. The studio offers ombre powder brows and microblading, and lip blush or full lip treatments, which take about 4 to 6 weeks to heal. A lip blush touch-up is for existing clients and is recommended 6 to 8 weeks after the first session.

Deposits are $40 for nail appointments and $50 for lash appointments. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, or the deposit is forfeited, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Cash is not accepted, tipping is not included in prices, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $200, $250 or custom amounts and are final sale. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Wednesday from 2 PM), Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Mondays.
