The stylists are organized into four tiers by years behind the chair. Tier 1, the top-priced tier, has more than 18 years of experience, Tier 2 has 10 to 17 years, Tier 3 has 3 to 9 years and Tier 4 has 1 to 3 years. The studio says it values education and keeps its team current on new techniques, trends and classic styles, with a shared goal of beautiful hair and clients who feel comfortable, confident and cared for.

Online booking covers individual appointments, group appointments for friends and family, and gift cards. Listed prices are base prices, and extra charges may apply for long or thick hair, extra product or extra time. Balayage starts at $150 for the first hour, with each additional hour at $65.

New clients booking Specialty or Balayage appointments pay a $50 deposit toward scheduled services, and that deposit is forfeited on a no-show or no-call. For all appointments, a no-show or no-call results in 50% of scheduled services being charged. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice carries a $25 fee, decided case by case, and rescheduling more than once requires a $50 deposit to book future appointments.
