The pedicure menu runs from a standard pedicure with nail shaping, cuticle care, callus treatment, sugar scrub, lotion massage and polish of the client's choice, up to deluxe options. The Deluxe #1 adds a hot towel, hot stones, a paraffin treatment and massage, the Deluxe #2 uses eco-friendly, chemical-free products with natural extracts and includes an extended massage, the Lemon Refresh Spa pedicure includes a lemon tea leg soak, and the Volcano pedicure includes a fizzing detox soak, a nourishing mask and hot stone massage. A combined regular pedicure and manicure is also available. Waxing covers eyebrows, lip, chin, side burns, underarms, half or full arms, upper or lower legs and the full face.
Hair services are provided by two stylists, Kien and Thanh, and cover cuts, color, perms and treatments. Walk-ins and appointments are both welcome, and the salon is open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM. According to the salon, it follows state guidelines for client health and safety, disinfects reusable nail tools under state rules and industry practice, and discards any tools that cannot be disinfected after each use. The salon states that its staff are licensed and take regular classes in techniques, health and safety and product knowledge.
The salon says its mission is to deliver a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships based on trust, and that it looks for natural products to use with clients.
