A visit usually begins with a conversation. First-time med spa guests meet a staff member to talk through goals, concerns and aesthetic history before a plan is made, and each service opens with a one-on-one consultation covering concerns, home care and options. Eyelash extension appointments start with an in-depth consultation, and the artists check natural lashes for health before applying anything. Extensions are placed in private rooms on spa beds with medical-grade adhesive. Full sets take about 1.5 hours and maintenance fills about 30 minutes, with fills typically every two to three weeks. Clients who already wear extensions from another provider are welcome after a consultation.

Laser and skin services are listed for acne, melasma, rosacea, spider veins, port-wine stains, wrinkles, scars and hyperpigmentation. Laser hair removal is offered for the face and body; most guests need six to eight sessions, and up to twelve may be needed for dark or thick hair. New guests can book laser hair removal at $45 per area. Brazilian laser hair removal covers the entire bikini area and typically takes six to eight sessions spaced a few weeks apart, and guests are asked to shave the day before and avoid waxing or plucking beforehand. The Venus Viva scarring treatment combines NanoFractional RF with SmartScan technology and typically runs three sessions about four weeks apart.
