The salon describes its space as comfortable and relaxing. Belicito, called Cito, works as the greeter and mascot, so guests are welcomed by a familiar face at the door.

The salon is a member of Green Circle Salons, which says it keeps up to 95% of beauty waste out of landfills. Each appointment carries a $2 Green Circle fee. Shampoo stations use EcoHeads faucets, which the salon says purify water and reduce water usage.

Pricing is set around hair length and density, and reflects each stylist's experience and education. Hair extensions are priced after a consultation.

Bookings are confirmed by email two business days ahead and by text 24 hours ahead, so a current email address and mobile number are needed. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a charge; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Late clients are accommodated where possible, though very late arrivals may need to rebook.

Listed hours are Wednesday and Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays.
