Fly Nails On The Go operates from a private suite in Minneapolis, so each appointment is one-on-one in its own room. Clients can expect music and beverages during their visit. Street parking is available nearby, and there is also parking in the lot behind the building.

Work is by appointment only. The menu is grouped into full sets, fills and overlays, manicures and pedicures, soak-offs, extras, kids services and packages. Full sets include Gel-X applications, which use all gel products with no drilling, in coffin, stiletto and square shapes in long or short and medium lengths where offered. Fills and gel acrylic overlays on natural nails are also available, along with dip powder applications.

Add-ons let clients customize a visit, such as custom nail art, French designs, bling nails with diamonds or glitter, party nails, gel color changes, matte top coats and nail repairs. Kids services are offered for children aged 13 and under, and family packages include a Father's Day manicure and pedicure combination and a Mommy and me package that pairs a mother's gel manicure and pedicure with regular polish painted on her child's hands and toes.

New clients are welcome to bring photos of the designs, shapes and styles they like to their appointment. Gift certificates are available in three amounts tied to appointment length.

Clients can bring inspiration photos to their first appointment to help guide shape, style and design choices.
