Visits are by appointment only. You can book online or make an appointment with your stylist before you leave. There is no front desk, so texting the salon phone number is the quickest way to get a reply. Gift cards are available. The salon is open Monday from 12:30 to 7:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 to 7:00, Wednesday from 9:00 to 7:00, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 3:00, and it is closed on Sundays. Lash services should start with no eye makeup on, since lashes need to be free of makeup for extensions to last.

The lash menu covers classic sets with one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets that mix classic and volume extensions, volume sets with three or more extensions per natural lash, Mega Volume sets, and wet lash sets. Each is offered as a full set, a refill, or a four-week fill, and partial sets cover about 75 percent of natural lashes or as much as time allows. Extensions are filled every two to three weeks. A fill needs at least 40 percent of lashes left, otherwise a full set is charged, and sets older than four weeks are charged as a new full set. Foreign fills are for clients who already have extensions from another salon. Removal is offered for sets with about half or fewer extensions left, and sets put on within the past week need a full removal. Listed prices include $240 for a Mega Volume full set, which takes about two hours, and $110 for a Mega Volume refill, which takes about an hour.

Brow and lash lift services include lash lifts, which curl natural lashes and can be combined with a lash tint, along with lash tinting in dark brown or black, brow tinting that is recommended for blonde or light brows, and brow lamination, which uses a perm solution to set brow hairs. Brow lamination needs daily brushing and a conditioning serum at home, and clients should stop certain anti-acne and anti-aging skincare products at least seven days before the appointment. Bundles combine these services. Waxing is done with hard wax only, from the face and arms to the legs and back, and hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks without shaving. Underwear-area waxing is offered for female anatomy only, and return visits within six weeks of the last wax are priced at the return rate. Customized facials run 60 minutes and are offered for oily or acne-prone, dry or sensitive, and anti-aging skin.
