Flutter Beauty is based at a suite on Civic Drive in Victorville. Its offerings are aimed mainly at beauty professionals, with ticketed training sessions, a lash lift certification course, and wholesale pricing on retail products for professionals, trainers, salon owners and retailers.

The training list includes a Brow Artistry Masterclass, a Brow Design Masterclass and a Hybrid Tint Masterclass, each sold by ticket. Lash lift instruction is offered through a Banhada Korean Lash Lift Certification course, also sold by ticket.

Beauty products are sold through an online shop with checkout handled by Square. Orders are usually processed within one to two days, customers are emailed when an order is on its way and again when it is ready, and pickup is available on weekdays from noon to 6 P.M. at a second address on Amargosa Road. Refunds are not offered on products. Damaged orders can be reported by email with the order number and a photo, and each case is reviewed individually.
