Acne work is a core part of the menu, with separate options for new and existing clients. The new-client corrective treatment includes extra time for a consultation, a treatment plan, setting up a home care routine, and a review of internal factors and stressors. Existing clients can book a corrective treatment, which can be adjusted for pregnancy and includes extractions as needed within safe limits, or a shorter session focused mainly on extractions that requires a studio visit within the last eight weeks.

Facials range from a custom session that assesses skin in real time and builds a home routine, to a maintenance facial that adds neck, shoulder and facial muscle massage. A lymphatic drainage facial uses hands-on therapy and a gua sha stone, with no extractions. The Diamond Glow treatment combines diamond-tip hydrodermabrasion, cryotherapy, oxygen mesotherapy infusion and LED light therapy. Chemical peels are chosen at the appointment for concerns such as acne scarring, pigmentation and sun damage, and are offered to established clients only, with the studio able to decline a peel based on skin condition on the day.

Booking requires a valid credit card, which is charged only for incidentals such as late cancellations and no-shows. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours ahead, and later changes carry a fee. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 7 minutes early. Services and gift cards are non-refundable. An online shop carries skincare from a range of brands, along with gift cards and a favorites kit.

Treatments start with assessing the skin as it is on the day, and the studio builds a plan and a home care routine around what it finds.
