The lash menu runs from a classic set, described as natural-looking, through light volume and a hybrid blend of classic and volume lashes, up to bold volume and mega volume sets that use roughly double the amount of a volume set. Full sets take about 120 minutes for most styles and 140 minutes for mega volume, while refills take about 60 to 75 minutes. Lash extension removal, which uses an adhesive remover, takes about 30 minutes.
Lash lifts use a Korean lash lift on natural lashes, which the business says lasts six to eight weeks, and can be done alone or with a tint. Natural lashes and brows can also be tinted to darken them, and brow lamination is offered to set unruly brow hairs in place, with or without tint.
Refills are meant to be booked every two to three weeks, and the appointment needs at least half of the extensions still in place. Memberships and lash packages include two refills of the chosen style and are priced below buying the refills separately. Memberships can be paid monthly.
Booking policies are strict. Cancellations need at least 12 hours notice, and appointments cancelled with less notice or missed entirely are charged the full service price to the card on file, which is charged the day of the missed visit. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full fee may still apply. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Styles range from natural-looking to bold and dramatic, so clients can choose how full they want their lashes, and refills are scheduled on a regular cycle.
