The menu builds in tiers. Refresh Flow is a 30-minute head spa service that leaves hair wet afterward. Essential Flow runs 50 minutes or more and adds aromatherapy scalp steaming, a double hair wash, conditioning and a scalp treatment, a circle rinse, a rough blow-dry, a serum finish and red light therapy. Radiant Flow runs 70 minutes or more and adds facial massage, facial cleansing and hydration, and scalp and conditioning massage. Ultimate Flow runs 90 minutes or more and adds targeted scalp massage, neck and shoulder tension release, a facial cleanse and a hair mask.

Clients who visit regularly can buy a Wellness Pass for five treatments in the Essential, Radiant or Ultimate tier. Each pass is valid for 12 months, and one visit can be transferred to a family member or friend for a $10 fee. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or in a custom amount, and are final sale.

The business is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
