The studio aims to offer high-quality services and products in a relaxed, welcoming room where clients are not judged. Its current menu is limited to Gel-X nail enhancements, with solid color, chrome and cat-eye finishes and four tiers of nail art priced from $60 to $80.
Visits are by appointment. Clients wait in their vehicle until their time, since the door stays locked until the owner is available. One guest may come along, staying in the room or waiting in the vehicle. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are welcome if the salon is notified before the appointment.
Booking terms are set out clearly. A no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead is charged half the chosen service's price, and clients more than 15 minutes late pay a $5 late fee. Soak offs must be booked with the appointment or the design time may be shortened. Other nail product must be removed before the visit or the appointment is cancelled. Appointments may be rescheduled for open wounds or damaged nails. Nail fixes are free up to four days after the visit when the client is not at fault, otherwise there is a $5 fee per nail.
