Florida Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical practice that calls itself a clinical practice rather than a day spa, and says it is the best medical spa in Tampa Bay. In 2014 it took its current name after adding injectables and laser treatments, and in 2021 it moved into its own 2,500 square foot clinic next to Community Neuro Center. The medical director is a board-certified neurologist who oversees clinical protocols for all services.

Every treatment is given or directly supervised by a licensed medical provider, and all providers work under the oversight of the physician medical director. New patients start with a free consultation and a health intake reviewed by a licensed provider before any treatment. Treatment plans are mapped out at that visit, and the practice says it will not recommend a treatment a patient does not need and sets realistic expectations about what each option can and cannot do. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy require a full medical review and lab work before treatment starts.

Services cover a wide range. Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and SKINVIVE, while dermal fillers include several Juvéderm products, Sculptra, Radiesse and Kybella. Face and skin work includes microneedling, VI Peel, HALO and MOXI laser treatments, BBL HEROic, SkinTyte, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow and medical-grade facials. Laser hair removal is sold in series of six sessions and is offered for patients of all genders, alongside electrolysis. Weight management uses semaglutide and tirzepatide programs with in-clinic check-ins, dose adjustments, metabolic monitoring and behavioral coaching, and patients approved for at-home injections come in monthly instead of weekly.

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appointments can be booked online or by calling (813) 345-4044, and booking in advance is recommended. Free parking is available in front of the suite in the professional plaza, and the office is ADA compliant with ramp access and an accessible restroom. Pricing is published on each treatment page with no hidden fees, package pricing is offered for treatment series, and payment plans are available through CareCredit, Cherry and Allē. Aesthetic treatments are typically not covered by insurance, though some medical services may qualify for partial coverage, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible medical treatments.
