Each visit starts with a personalized consultation to learn a client's eye shape, natural features and the look they want before any work begins. Appointments are unhurried. Lash and brow pricing is given at consultation, and lash fill cost depends on the time since the last visit and how much work is needed.
Lash options range from classic extensions, which use one extension per natural lash and take about 90 to 120 minutes, to hybrid, volume and mega volume sets that use more extensions per lash and take up to 210 minutes. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks and take 60 to 90 minutes. Lash removal uses a bond-dissolving solution, and a semi-permanent lash lift and tint lifts and curls natural lashes.
Brow services include shaping by waxing or tweezing, semi-permanent tinting, and lamination, which sets brow hairs in an upward direction. Combination treatments pair shaping or lamination with tint. Mobile appointments at the client's home, hotel or event are available throughout Miami-Dade at no added travel fee, and Broward County visits can be arranged on request, with a travel fee that may apply. Bridal and group or event bookings are welcome.
Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Booking requests are confirmed by phone or email within 24 hours. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, Zelle, or major credit or debit card. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and to remove contact lenses before a lash appointment.
Each appointment begins with a consultation to understand the client's eye shape, natural features and desired look, and only professional-grade lash and brow products and adhesives are used.
