Manicures and pedicures come in several tiers. The standard non-toxic service starts with a rose Himalayan soak and covers nail shaping, cuticle care, a light buff and a light massage with organic lotion. The extra version adds an organic exfoliating scrub, a hot towel and a longer massage. The Floreana service adds a detoxing mud mask and a 10-minute massage, and the Floreana Plus pedicure adds callus removal, collagen socks and a 15-minute massage. Mister services include a natural buff. Clients choose from a selection of essential oils. Dazzle Dry is a vegan polish that dries in about five minutes without UV light and lasts 7 to 12 days without soaking off. Little Floreana is a cut, shaping and light buff for children aged 12 and under. Gel services include the features of the basic non-toxic service. The salon describes its menu as offering healthy choices without sacrificing quality or beauty.
Nail tools are sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave using steam. Each client receives a single-use kit with files, buffers, foot pads and cuticle sticks. Portable pedicure bowls, described as BPA and toxin-free, are sanitized between every use, and the salon runs an independent exhaust system for indoor air. The salon says its nail technicians are licensed.
Walk-ins are allowed. Phone and online bookings require a credit card. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and choose a color. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged in full, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee for the scheduled appointment. Clients more than 10 minutes late may receive an abbreviated service and are charged for the original booking. Services cannot be changed on arrival, and no refunds are given. Prices exclude gratuity, which technicians prefer in cash or through Venmo or Zelle. Groups of three or more pay a 50% deposit at booking and a 20% gratuity added to the total, and large parties must book at least 10 days ahead. Reserving the whole salon requires eight guests receiving both manicure and pedicure services. Party deposits are not refunded if the party cancels without three days' notice. Sister company Chocolati Bar can set up a sweets table for events for an additional cost. Service issues caused by the technician can be brought back to the salon within two days to be resolved.
