Each visit begins with a personal consultation to help choose the most suitable facial or skin treatment. The spa says every plan is shaped around the client's skin, body, comfort and goals rather than a standard protocol, and that each option is explained before treatment, including what it can and cannot do. Clients are asked to share sensitivities, medications and recent procedures with their esthetician beforehand.

The menu is organized into premium facials, microneedling, new-client offers and add-ons. Premium facials are 60-minute treatments, each priced at $500, and include radio-frequency, ultrasonic, LED, microdermabrasion, deep cleansing, dermaplaning, lifting and HydraFacial options. New-client offers cover a set of first-visit prices for lifting, HydraFacial and microneedling treatments, and every visit is 60 minutes. Add-ons, such as extractions, masks, a chemical peel, dermaplaning and microneedling, can be added to a facial when booking.

Microneedling with serums infusion creates micro-channels in the skin, and serums are applied through them. The serums include hyaluronic acid and salmon DNA (PDRN), with exosomes and stem cells. The session includes a double cleanse, a hot towel, a topical numbing cream applied about 30 minutes beforehand, a PDRN mask, green and blue LED light, SPF, moisturizer and an aftercare kit. The spa notes that most clients have mild redness for 24 to 48 hours afterward.

Booking is a request: the spa reviews it and contacts the client to confirm availability, and no payment is taken online. New-client offers require no deposit, and payment is made at the appointment. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed, and the spa asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel, with late cancellations possibly subject to a fee. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed during booking.
