Visits are by appointment only. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and it is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Clients can book online or text the salon at 404-784-0232. There is no front desk, so callers who phone can leave a voicemail or text and will receive a reply as soon as possible. The 5 to 7 pm slot is reserved in advance by text, at least one week ahead. Memberships and gift cards are available.
According to the home page, treatments are personalized by a beauty expert with 19 years of professional experience. A head spa begins with a scalp analysis, done with a scalp camera or a visual check, and continues with a scalp detox, massage, a deep cleansing shampoo and conditioning. Complimentary coffee or tea is served during the head spa.
The facial menu includes an Express Facial, an Acne Facial customized by skin type and condition for teens and adults, an Aveda Plant Peel, a Gommage Peel, a radio-frequency facial, a low-power SONO ultrasound facial, a personalized Aveda mask with LED therapy, and a Glow Skin Booster infusion treatment. Facials use Aveda products. The SONO and radio-frequency facials come with complimentary snacks, coffee or tea. Separate menus cover men and teens, and the teen program uses gentle, non-irritating products with visits recommended about every two weeks.
Each head spa starts with a scalp analysis, and treatments are personalized from there. The teen program favors gentle, non-irritating products.
