Fleurs du Mal Hair takes its name from Les Fleurs du Mal, a poetry collection by Charles Baudelaire first published in 1857.

Booking is done by text to 215-910-5423. Requests should include your full name, your preferred stylist and the services you want. Color requests should also include a brief history of your hair, a photo of your current hair, and any inspiration or reference photos.

A credit card is required and kept on file for every appointment. Clients receive a confirmation text 48 hours ahead and need to reply to confirm. Clients are asked to come to their appointments alone.

The salon's cancellation rules ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations under 12 hours' notice or no-call, no-show visits are charged the full cost. Guests more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and need to rebook.
