Visits are by appointment only, and the studio is closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Clients book by text message at (224) 806-5332; replies may take up to 24 business hours. Payment is by cash or Zelle only, as credit and debit cards are not accepted. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. A late arrival may shorten the treatment, and the full price still applies. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and repeated late changes or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment. Children and extra guests should only come along if arranged beforehand.

The menu is facial-focused and does not include body massage. Treatments work on the face and neck, so no changing or undressing is needed. Every facial is adjusted to the client's skin on the day, and the business may change products, serums or techniques during the appointment. Options range from a 30-minute mini dermaplaning or hydration facial at $85 to a 50-minute blueberry radiance facial at $120. Dermaplaning and diamond microdermabrasion can each be paired with a customized glow peel, and the 5D BB Glow Facial adds LED therapy at $160.

The clinic gives each client individual attention in a calm, private setting.
