The menu is built around brows and lashes. Brow options include a henna tint or a skin stain tint, both starting with brow mapping and the removal of hairs outside the shaped brow, and a semi-permanent microshading service that gives a soft, powdery finish. Lash work is limited to custom volume sets in cat-eye, doll-eye and wispy styles, with classic and hybrid sets not offered. A refill is available for clients who are maintaining existing extensions.

The studio says it is aimed at busy women who value efficiency, precision and results, and that its standard is luxury, efficiency and effortless beauty. The Wakeup Madeup method, designed by Kelsee Singleton, is meant for clients who want a polished, consistent look without applying makeup every day.

Booking is firm. A non-refundable retainer secures each appointment and goes toward the service total unless the cancellation is made at least 48 hours ahead. Walk-ins and same-day bookings are not accepted, and appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments, a 10-minute grace period applies before a late fee is added, and all services are final sale. Payment is taken in person by major debit and credit cards or Buy Now Pay Later options, not by cash or peer-to-peer apps.

The studio works in a structured, results-oriented way, with an emphasis on efficient appointments and each service performed one-on-one.
