Fleischman Salon Nomad

Erica founded Fleischman, A Men's Salon, which the bio describes as an intimate salon where each client is cut individually. Erica began a men's grooming career after first working in account management and then assisting a well-known hairstylist, and attended beauty school.

Midtown East is at 424 Madison Avenue, Suite 901, at the corner of 49th Street, a short walk from Grand Central Terminal and the 5th Avenue-53rd Street subway station. Midtown West is at 57 West 57th Street, Suite 801, at the corner of 6th Avenue, near Central Park, Carnegie Hall and Columbus Circle. Nomad is at 381 Park Avenue South, Suite 821, between 26th and 27th Streets, near Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building and Eataly NYC, with subway stops at 28th Street, 23rd Street, 33rd Street and Herald Square nearby. Haircuts are done scissor over comb, with no clippers. The salon says its cuts are shaped on purpose rather than following the outline of the head, and that it aims to address hair concerns through how it cuts, not only by removing length. Clients receive guidance on styling their hair at home. The salon describes itself as NYC's premier men's hair salon, states it has over 20 years of expertise, and says it has done hundreds of thousands of men's haircuts.

The Fleischman Flow is the salon's men's cut, described as softer and more natural looking and designed to grow out well.
