About

Flawlyss Wax is a small waxing business in San Jose, operating from a suite on Lincoln Avenue. Services are grouped into individual waxes priced by area and bundled packages that combine several areas.

For bikini and intimate waxing, the Brazilian wax covers the bikini line, labia and inner butt strip, and the pubic mound can be cleared completely or partly left, as the client prefers. The Bikini Full wax covers the bikini line, labia and pubic mound, and a landing strip can be done on request, though it does not include the butt strip. Full butt and butt strip options are also offered, and a full body wax from the neck down can be done in one or two sessions, taking about 150 minutes.

Facial services include a brow service with waxing, shaping and mapping, an optional brow pencil fill, and a concealer and brow gel finish. A full face wax covers the hairline, forehead, brows, nose, cheeks, sideburns, lips and chin, and any of these areas can be left out on request. Smaller face and body areas, such as lip, nose, ears, neck and stomach, are also available as single services.

Longer appointments such as full legs, full back, full chest and full body require a deposit at booking. There is a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The business is open Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 7:30 PM, and Wednesday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Appointments are designed to feel comfortable and unhurried, with no judgment, including for first-time clients who find waxing daunting.
