Appointments are open Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed Mondays and Sundays. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service total. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may mean a shortened service, a $15 late fee, or rescheduling. Bookings between $50 and $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, which needs approval before the appointment.
The menu covers small areas such as hands, lip, chin and brows, larger areas such as full legs and full back, and combined sessions such as a Brazilian with eyebrows or with a leg section. Each service lists its price and approximate time, so clients can plan their visit. Existing package holders book services as usual on the Services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.
Waxing is offered in a gentle, judgment-free setting with the aim of making clients feel comfortable in their own skin.
