The program targets gradual weight loss, with the site citing a typical rate of 1 to 2 pounds per week. GLP-1 and peptide consultations and management may be virtual or in-office. Hormone replacement therapy begins with lab work and a review of results, and uses bioidentical hormones or other options based on labs, symptoms and goals, delivered by injection, cream, pellet or oral medication, with follow-up labs to adjust dosage. Peptide protocols are customized, run in short or longer cycles, and are monitored with adjustments as needed. Vitamin B12 and B-Complex injections are given in the office as part of wellness plans.
