Hair extension work is the core of the menu. Installs use two to three bundles, and touch-ups are available between full installs. Install types include quick sew-downs, basic installs, full sew-ins, lace closure installs, lace frontal installs and 360 lace frontal installs. Knotless braids, crochet braids, weft installs and tape-ins are also offered, along with color from bundle coloring and root retouches through full head color and styling.

The business sells raw virgin bundles that are unprocessed and free of color or chemicals, with cuticles kept in their original direction. It calls its virgin hair the most luxurious on the market. Each bundle is about 3.5 to 4 ounces, and texture and wave pattern vary slightly from bundle to bundle. For length, two or more bundles are suggested for 14 to 16 inches, three or more for 18 to 24 inches, four or more for 26 to 30 inches, and five or more for longer than 30 inches. Closures and frontals, active gear and attire, Crowns by Remmie and signature wigs are also sold, with custom unit lace wigs listed from $385. Pre-orders are taken for textures or lengths not in stock, typically 28 to 32 inches.

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours ahead, and changes need 24 hours notice. A $25 non-refundable deposit confirms each booking, and the same deposit applies to same-day appointments. The balance is paid at the end of service, by Cash App, PayPal or cash. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $10 fee applies every ten minutes up to 30 minutes late; beyond that the deposit is forfeited. Extra guests who are not being serviced are not allowed. Hair extensions are recommended for touch-ups every three to six weeks.

Online orders ship in five to seven business days, with same-day shipping for orders placed by 12 p.m. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, and exchanges and refunds are not offered once an order has shipped.
