Lash extensions are applied one by one to each natural lash, using Ellipse Satin Lashes in silk mink with a medical-grade adhesive. Styles offered are classic full sets, partial volume and Russian volume. The business describes its lashes as the finest available in the industry, says the extensions are safe and painless, and says they can last indefinitely with regular touch-ups, depending on care, activities and natural lash cycles.

Brow work includes microblading, a semi-permanent technique that draws fine hair-like strokes and fades over time, so it needs retouching. Ombre brows are a permanent technique that creates a powder-like look using a hand tool with a tiny needle. Microblading and shading combines microblading with powder shading on the brow tip, and the studio says it is the most popular technique it offers. Ombre brows are recommended for clients with complicated skin, older tattoos and scars.

Clients should arrive 10 minutes early with clean lashes, free of mascara and liquid eyeliner. Late arrivals do not get extra appointment time, and extra time at extra cost may be needed if more lashes than usual have been lost between fills. Cancellations need at least 4 hours' notice, or 2 hours for same-day appointments. A $25 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows, and no-show clients cannot pre-book in advance. Children under 12 are not permitted during services unless arranged beforehand with management, and phones should be switched off or set to silent.

Clients should share any previous reactions with the technician before a treatment. No refunds are given for reactions, but a free lash removal is offered if a reaction occurs. Most clients find the studio through word of mouth and referrals from friends, relatives and neighbors.

Work is tailored to each client's features rather than one standard look, with the aim of professional, high-quality lash and brow treatments.
