Extensions make up a large part of the menu. Sew-in tracks, sew-in beaded tracks and invisi-weave without braids, tape-in extensions, fusion, and U-tip, micro-link and I-tip installs are offered, along with lace front installs and full sew-in weaves with a lace frontal or closure. Hair is not included in most installation prices. The salon also sells virgin human hair bundles, closures and lace front wigs in several textures and colors. Each bundle weighs 3.3 ounces and is made from 100% virgin hair with the cuticles aligned in one direction.

Braiding runs from braid or corn rolls and feed-in braids through comb twists, crochet, interlocks, butterfly locs, faux locs and dreads. Shampooing before braiding carries a $40 fee. For hair replacement, the salon offers custom hair units, maintenance and repair on existing units, and man weaves. A custom unit begins with a consultation, measurement, design and hair selection, and requires a deposit.

Bookings are made online. The salon then calls to confirm, so clients should allow a four-hour window for that call. Lace front wig prep requires dropping off hair two days before installation.
