Appointments are requested by phone at (412) 251-4042 or by email at flawlessbylola@gmail.com. A non-refundable deposit secures each booking and a credit card is kept on file; the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day, and lash services are cash only. Children and extra guests are not permitted unless they are being serviced. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $20 fee, and arriving 15 minutes late without notice cancels the appointment, with a new deposit needed to rebook. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, same-day changes are charged half the service price to the card on file, and no-call no-shows are charged the full price. Early Sunday and Monday appointments carry an added fee, and Sunday and Monday in-studio makeup is priced at $205 because those are the artist's days off.

Brow work includes microblading, a manual technique that builds hair-like strokes of pigment under numbing cream, along with microshading and ombre powder brows, a semi-permanent machine technique. Combo brows blend hair strokes with shading. The business lists results lasting 1 to 3 years for shading-based services and 1 to 2 years for 3D brows. Touch-ups are offered six weeks, six months, one year and two years after the first session, and clients who had brows done by another artist can book a refresh after emailing a photo of their brows. Clients send a photo of bare brows for approval before booking, should not shave beforehand, and should wax or thread two days before the appointment. Microblading is not offered to anyone under 18, and it is not suitable for every client: brows with no hairs or oily, large-pore skin are not a fit, ombre shading is suggested for oily skin, and some medical and skin conditions rule out microblading, so clients should check the policy first. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and wispy styles, plus individual lashes. A two-week fill requires roughly 40 to 50 percent of lashes still in place, otherwise a full set is charged.

Bridal options include makeup trials, in-studio bridal makeup, bridesmaid and groom makeup, and full-day packages. The Signature Bridal Package covers up to five hours and full glam with strip lashes for the bride and up to five people. The Luxury Bridal Glam Package covers a full day of eight hours or more with makeup for up to nine people; it is priced plus travel and requires a non-refundable retainer. Additional faces in packages are $175 each, and bridal touch-ups after the ceremony are $100 an hour. On-location bridal service requires at least five makeup clients. Travel is $100 for events in Pittsburgh and for events up to a one-hour drive outside the city, and $250 for events up to a two-hour drive. Clients cover hotel and valet parking for bridal events. Outside of bridal, makeup ranges from soft, bold and glamour glam in studio to on-location home and travel makeup, photoshoot makeup and tattoo cover-up.

Training is offered in person and virtually, and some classes include a goody bag or lifetime mentorship. Options include a one-day private classic eyelash extension course at $700 with a kit and certificate, a one-day volume course at $600 for certified lash techs, and a two-day classic, hybrid and volume course at $1,200. A two-day private microblading and microshading course at $2,800 includes a manual, a kit and certification. A one-on-one virtual brow refresher runs up to three hours at $500, and a one-day in-person microblading and ombre master refresher is $1,200 for brow artists with prior training. Makeup lessons include one-on-one sessions on yourself at $500 and a hands-on class on models for aspiring makeup artists at $900. Class deposits are non-refundable, and a week's notice is needed to reschedule without a 50 percent charge.
