Treatments at Flawless Beauty by Jojo are built around each client's skin. A consultation is available and encouraged for new clients and for anyone unsure which service fits them, and the plan is shaped from there.

Acne Bootcamp is a program JoAnn develops for each client: a customized regimen and treatment plan aimed at clearer skin. Customized Facials are tailored to skin type and combine a signature facial, active serums chosen for the client, finishing products, a mask and LED light therapy. Hydrojelly Masks are a hydrating facial built around a 15-minute algae-based electrolyte mask, with a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, LED light and finishing products. Beyond Botox is a skin-tightening session with a cleanse, dermaplaning, a lactic acid gel peel, extractions when needed, 10 minutes of LED light and a Circadia firming peptide mask.

Studio hours are 9AM to 7PM Monday through Friday and 9AM to 2:30PM on Saturday, with the studio closed on Sundays. Clients are asked to arrive with clean skin and to avoid exfoliants and retinoids for 48 hours before an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards and packages are handled through the Glossgenius booking page.
