Services are grouped under Hair, Memberships and Packages. Hair work ranges from a quick dusting cut and dry trims to press experiences, cornrows, knotless braids, sew-ins and semi-permanent or permanent color. Each service lists its approximate length, and the braiding and install appointments can run most of a day.

New clients begin with a 30-minute New Client Consultation, priced at $10 with a $5 deposit. Color services require a Color Consultation first. If that consultation is booked within 7 days of the color appointment, its $10 cost is taken off the color service.

The salon is open Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday. Clients can send questions through the contact form.

Cancellations should be submitted before the 24-hour window to avoid losing the deposit. Later or same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the remaining balance, and no-shows or cancellations without notice are charged in full to the card on file. Appointments affected by severe weather can be canceled or rescheduled without a fee. If the stylist cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, clients are offered a refunded deposit or an immediate reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
