Full foil highlights start at $120 and suit lifts of about four levels; the salon notes that foils are not the right choice for balayage, ombre or complicated corrections. Single process color touch-ups, mainly for root maintenance, start at $100. A complimentary consultation is available before more involved color work or to talk through ideas.

The salon states that it is Eden Prairie's authorized Keratin Complex treatment provider. Its Keratin Complex smoothing treatment is priced at $250, and the salon describes its keratin products as formaldehyde free. According to the salon, the treatment eliminates up to 95% of frizz and curl, with results typically lasting about three months. An express smoothing add-on, starting at $110, can be added to other hair services and is said to last up to eight weeks. First-time keratin appointments require a consultation, and clients call the salon to book.

Brow shaping, lips, and lips with chin are each waxed for $15. Classic eyelash and brow extension fills of one to four weeks are open only to current clients of Ashley O'Grady. Certain color and foil treatments are limited to Scott Mack's clients. Opening times are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with Sundays closed. Changes or cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice avoid a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. Prepaid specials and discounted promotions are charged the full amount when cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Gift certificates can be purchased. Accepted payment methods are American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
