The Fit Physique weight loss program starts with a consult that includes a Styku body composition analysis and a health assessment. Blood work is required, and nutrition, exercise and any GLP-1 medication cost extra. Participants sign a consent covering non-FDA approved compounded peptides. Bioidentical hormone therapy is delivered by pellets, creams or injections, and the medication is billed separately from the initial consult.

A first visit includes a review of medical history, a talk about goals, and an evaluation of suitable treatments or products, followed by a customized plan. Treatment can begin the same day or be scheduled for a later date. Financing is available through CareCredit, Sunbit and Affirm.
