The spa says it aims to offer an elegantly appointed facility and professional therapists, and its menu runs from massage and facials to nails, waxing and brow work. The facial menu ranges from the Fiori Custom Facial, which is tailored to each client's skin after a consultation with an esthetician, to the Stem Cell Facial, a resurfacing treatment with no downtime. Other options include the Optimizer by YON-KA, a Backne Rescue Facial that combines microdermabrasion with high-frequency therapy, and a Gentleman's Facial using YON-KA products designed for men. The Firming Vibrant-C Facial uses a vitamin peel and is not suitable for sensitive skin.

Massage options include reflexology, a custom massage with optional hot stones, the De Lusso massage with bamboo sticks, hot stones and a choice of aromatherapy, and a CBD-infused massage with hot stones. Couples can book a shared massage priced per couple, and the Four Hands Massage is performed by two therapists and cannot take place in the couple's suite. A maternity massage is available, but only after the first trimester, which is 12 weeks. Body services include a full-body exfoliating polish with several scent choices and a sea salt scrub followed by a full-body hydrating mask.

Manicures and pedicures range from a quick petite service, offered Monday through Thursday without spa amenities, to gel, dip powder and Gel X options, along with a Tuscan manicure and pedicure and an intense callus treatment. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, and the Brazilian wax can be paired with a LUX facial. Brow shaping, brow tweezing, and brow and lash tinting are also offered.

The spa is open Sunday and Monday from 9 am to 5 pm and Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice under a strict policy. Products sold in the spa and gift cards are final sales and non-refundable, and gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue. Members receive more than 30% off massage services and can visit without an appointment, and members and their guests receive 10% off food and beverage at the on-site IVY Bar & Bistro, which hosts private events for parties of up to 400.
