Fine Line Aesthetics focuses on preventative care and on helping each client build a considered approach to their appearance. Men and women both come in for injectables, skin treatments and facials. Injectable services include Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Dysport for wrinkles and other concerns, plus a lip flip that takes about 10 to 20 minutes. Dermal fillers from Juvederm, Revanesse Versa and Restylane are used in the lips, cheeks, jawline, chin and under-eyes. Injections are done in the office and usually need only a topical anesthetic.

The facial menu includes the Celebrity, Red Carpet, All-In-One and Fine Line Acne or Pigmentation facials, along with dermaplaning. These treatments use no needles or lasers and have no downtime. Device-based options include AquaPeel exfoliation and extraction using water pressure and vacuum, an enriched-oxygen capsule treatment with a CO2-rich foam, oxygen spray infusion, microcurrent lift, ultrasound skin tightening and bi-polar radiofrequency. MediSpa's True Facial Cleanse is a 60-minute facial, which the site says gives immediate results.

Regenerative and body-focused services include PRP from the Eclipse system, which uses a sample of the client's own blood. Eclipse PRP can be used for facial rejuvenation by injection, combined with MicroPen microdermabrasion, or in larger volumes for hair loss. STEMFACIAL microneedling uses the CYTOPEN device and STEMFACIAL Matrix Solution. Non-invasive PDO thread lifts place threads beneath the skin to stimulate collagen. Chemical peels are offered in three strengths, and the site recommends three sessions spaced a month apart for best results. Sclerotherapy with Asclera treats varicose and spider veins, and MIC B-12 injections are used alongside weight loss programs. Surgical services are offered through Dourron OB/GYN, with providers holding privileges at DeKalb Medical and Northside Hospital Atlanta.

Packages combine treatments: a Clear Package with a Jan Marini kit and either a peel or a microneedling session, a Rejuvenation Package with a Celebrity facial, neurotoxin and one Versa filler, and an Ultimate Package with more neurotoxin and a choice of filler.
