Every new client can start with a free consultation lasting about 30 minutes. It covers what electrolysis involves, any paperwork that is needed, and a short sample session. Sessions for hair removal are sorted by length, with shorter visits of up to an hour and longer visits running from about an hour up to two hours. Besides hair removal, the studio treats a range of skin anomalies with its machine, in sessions of 15 minutes or more.

Clients who have finished a full treatment cycle and notice new hairs can book a 10-minute touch-up. Clients who need more than one method in a single visit can add that on. The studio accepts payments and sells Bushbalm products. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio has a private bathroom. Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM, and Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The studio is closed on Saturday and Sunday. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 100%. A client who arrives 10 minutes or more late is charged 100% and the appointment is cancelled.
