Neurotoxin treatments use Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, with Wrinkle Reducers listed at $13. Fillers are hyaluronic acid products from Restylane and Revanesse, and contain lidocaine for numbing. Lip options are Love Tap at 0.25cc ($375 to $425), Plump at 0.5cc ($450 to $495) and Full Lips at 1cc ($715). A 1cc full syringe for cheeks, jawline, chin, marionette lines and nasolabial folds is listed at $875, and Bright Eyes under-eye filler at $975. Lip filler typically lasts about 6 to 12 months and facial filler about 12 to 24 months. Extra lip volume can be added after about 2 weeks, and an enzyme injection can dissolve the filler. A facial filler consultation is offered for people new to injectables.
Skin services include RF microneedling on the face, neck, chest, arms, legs, abdomen and buttocks, usually spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart with a recommended package of at least three sessions. Topical numbing cream goes on about 30 to 45 minutes beforehand, and makeup is avoided for three days after. Laser Genesis, a 1064nm treatment for acne, redness and early acne scars on the face and neck, is usually a series of six sessions 2 to 4 weeks apart. Glass Glow 1540 is a nonablative laser usually given three to six times every 4 to 6 weeks, and may cause mild sunburn-like redness for a few hours to days. Other options include chemical peels, Express Dermaplane, facials, Hydrafacial at the Tampa location, and combination treatments that mix RF microneedling, SkinPen, Sculptra, Tox and filler. Sculptra is recommended at 1 to 2 vials per decade of life, with results appearing from about 2 weeks and full results in 6 to 8 weeks; clients are advised to massage treated areas for five minutes five times a day over five days.
Laser hair removal uses a Cutera Excel HR laser with nd:YAG and Alexandrite technologies, priced per service as listed on the Services page. A typical course takes 8 to 12 treatments, or about 6 sessions on average. The practice does not shave clients on site, so clients shave 24 to 48 hours before. Clients are asked to avoid direct sun for 14 days before and after, stop acids and retinols 7 days ahead in treated areas, avoid antibiotics for 2 weeks before, and avoid steroids for 4 weeks before. Pre and post instructions for every service are on the website.
Annual membership in the fillir Society costs $250. Across its 12-month term, counted from the start date, members save 15% on Botox, Dysport or Xeomin and 10% on filler, microneedling, laser hair removal, facials, skincare and merchandise. The membership renews automatically and cannot be refunded or transferred. Its discounts can't be stacked with Club fillir coupon cards or monthly promotions. Referrals earn $25 in credit for the client who refers and $25 for the friend they bring in. Private group events can take place at a location or at a client's home, with facials and skin services tailored to the group.

Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday at the Canonsburg, Pittsburgh and Hoboken locations.
