Booking is available online, and gift cards are sold through the website. The suite is open Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Thursday and Friday are by appointment only, and the suite is closed Monday through Wednesday.

Acrylic upkeep follows a few set rules. Fill-ins are meant to be done within four weeks, and a fill at four weeks or later is charged at full set pricing. Fill-ins with more than three nail repairs also move to full set pricing, with no exceptions. Add-ons for the acrylic fill and pedicure and the acrylic full set and pedicure must be booked in advance and cannot be changed during the appointment. Nail repair is priced per nail for up to three nails, and more than three nails are charged at full set pricing.

Inspiration acrylic designs follow weekly sets the suite shares on Instagram. Spots are limited and offered first come, first served. Pedicure options range from a men's pedicure with a callus treatment and foot massage to a signature pedicure with a sugar scrub, cooling mask, paraffin wax and hot towel treatment, and a deep cleaning pedicure for feet that have gone six or more weeks without care or have calluses, thick toenails or dead skin buildup.

According to the suite, the work centers on attention to detail and personalized service for each client.
