Color is the core of the menu. Options range from a single-shade polish refresh for gray coverage, root maintenance or all-over color, to dimensional brunette work for guests moving from lighter, previously highlighted hair. Dimensional balayage gives soft, blended brightness. Highlight services include Halo Glow, which blends blonde through the top crown and sides, and Full Glow, a full-head service that blends through the crown, sides and back and adds ribbons of light. Haircuts are built around each client's hair, features, texture and lifestyle. Cuts do not include clipper work or anything above the chin. Styling includes Ritual The Gloss, a customized gloss and blowout for tone and shine. The Treat Yourself menu adds customized Ritual Hair treatments, which can be added to any hair service, along with a toner gloss, a hair and scalp scrub, and K-18 mask and pre-color treatments.
Guests are asked to hold a reservation with a credit card and to review services and policies before requesting an appointment. Reminders are sent 48 hours before a visit. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and late changes may carry a fee of $30 for haircuts, $50 for color, or $80 for color plus haircut. New guests can book a haircut only, color only, or color and haircut appointment.
