Card readings are offered too, delivered by live Zoom appointment or by voice notes sent through messages and booked through an intake form that includes payment.
Retail includes Olaplex, Redken, Verb, K18 and several other lines, with shipping or pickup available. Gift cards come in eGift amounts of $100, $200, $300 and $400 or a custom amount. A loyalty program gives one star per visit with a $50 minimum purchase, and five stars earns a free haircut.
Each visit begins with a consultation, and the studio aims for a positive experience in the chair.
