FEMME is led by Medical Director Katherine Roberts, an aesthetic nurse practitioner, and serves clients in Charlotte. Every new patient needs a consultation and medical clearance before any treatment takes place, and consent forms must be signed through the patient portal before the appointment.

Neurotoxin injections, Botox and Dysport, are charged at $12 per unit and target fine lines and wrinkles across the face. Both typically take about two weeks to settle. Hyaluronic acid dermal filler is priced at $750 per session, with results that can take about two weeks to settle, occasionally longer. Fat dissolving using deoxycholic acid costs $1,000 per session. Skin booster treatments come in two options: Sculptra, an FDA-approved poly-L-lactic acid biostimulant, or Radiesse, a treatment that stimulates collagen. Skin boosters are priced by treatment area.

The practice also offers education for injectors. A basics course on neurotoxins for new injectors costs $1,250, a Sculptra basics course costs $1,550 per model, an advanced lip filler course is $3,500, and a filler dissolving course for advanced injectors is $2,000. A safety course on assessing and responding to filler complications, including vascular occlusion, costs $1,000. Participants in these courses bring their own model. Consultation hours for new business owners are available at $400 for half an hour.

Online booking covers individual appointments, group appointments and gift card purchases, and questions can be directed by phone or by text to the office. The practice recommends booking filler or Botox and Dysport at least one month before an event, and three to six months ahead for best results. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and a $100 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. The booking deposit is non-refundable and is held as a gift card for one year, and procedures are not refundable once purchased.

Treatments are planned around a required consultation and medical clearance, and the practice also teaches injector training alongside its clinical work.
