Femi Aesthetics

Femi Aesthetics describes itself as an intimate sexual health and wellness medical spa in Houston. Its focus is non-surgical care for women's intimate and sexual health, and it operates from two Houston locations: one on Riverway Drive and one on Regency Square Boulevard. The business notes that it sits about 15 minutes from the Houston Galleria.

The menu is organized around three areas. Feminine Rejuvenation includes FemiTight, which the business describes as a HIFU laser treatment meant to stimulate collagen production in the vaginal wall. The site lists concerns this care addresses as vaginal dryness, urinary incontinence and painful sex. Intimate Lightening, also called FemiV Therapy, is aimed at darkened skin around the V and the inner buttocks. It begins with a required consultation and uses Mandelic Mesopeel, a hydrolysis of bitter almond extract, along with an at-home lightening product whose instructions come from the technician. Weight Loss is a medical program built around lipotropic injections, with the dose set by body mass.

The business says its treatments are quick, painless and performed with complete discretion and confidentiality, and that Intimate Lightening involves no downtime. It describes its team as female providers, including women gynecologists and intimate health experts. Clients are served across life stages, and the site specifically mentions pregnancy, menopause and cancer survivors.

Weight loss clients are advised to consult a physician before starting injections. Bookings are made online or by phone, and financing is available through Cherry, which uses a soft credit check to apply.

Treatments are presented as discreet, non-surgical and conducted by an all-female provider team, with the weight loss program run as a medical service that begins with physician consultation.
