Beyond lashes, the studio offers brow lamination with tint, brow tinting, brow stain and removal. Permanent makeup brow work includes ombre powder brows and brow color correction for clients who have had previous work done. Facials include a basic option and a HydraLift facial, and waxing covers the lips, chin, underarms, eyebrows, arms, legs and whole face.

Each appointment begins with a consultation to talk through preferences and goals. Advance booking is recommended to secure a preferred time and lash artist. A $10 master fee is added to appointments with Mai Baez. Tools and equipment are sanitized after every client, and disposable items are used when needed.

Clients can also book at-home pamper parties for brows, facials, new lash sets and lash refills. The studio offers a three-day private lash extension training that covers application, styling, safety and business tips. According to the studio, lash extensions typically last about two to three weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and aftercare.
