The menu centers on knotless, boho, box braid, kinky twist, crochet and ponytail styles, with other braided looks including Senegalese twists, Fulani braids, tribal braids, passion twists and faux locks. Hair is included with most services. Some styles need additional human hair, which is bought separately, and crochet, faux locks and passion twists do not include hair.

Prices are listed by length, from small to jumbo sizes, as a general guide. Clients call or text for pricing on the length they want. The Bob Boho Braids style, listed at medium midback, requires short hair. Kids box braids and knotless are offered for ages 8 to 17 at midback or medium length, and the studio does not serve children under 8.

The studio also runs an online shop. Skincare there is priced from $25 to $35 and hair accessories from $10 to $40, including a $40 wig installation kit. US orders over $100 and international orders over $300 ship free. Unworn or unused items can be returned within 10 days, and the shop says its products are covered by a vendor warranty. According to the shop, its skincare is made with clean, effective ingredients, and it says it has years of experience in beauty and fashion.
