Feed Your Skin was started in 2018 and works from two boutique studios: a flagship in Manhattan at 53 West 28th Street, 3rd Floor, and a studio at 181 North Ferry Road, 2nd Floor, on Shelter Island. The Shelter Island studio also serves the Hamptons and the east end of Long Island.

The business is built on the belief that vitamins, supplements and self-care can rebuild skin. Its treatments are designed to support the skin's natural functions, and each one is put together for the individual client, combining ingredients, professional-grade products and several technologies around the client's skin condition and goals. Clients leave with product and routine recommendations.

The Product + Regime Consultation is a 30-minute session for $150, held in person or by phone or Zoom. Afterward the client receives an email recap of a home skincare routine, and products can be shipped within 24 hours. New clients booking the two-hour FYS Bespoke Facial receive a full consult, an agreed treatment plan and a post-treatment plan.

The FYS Complete 2 Hour Treatment, priced at $850, is described by the business as its most comprehensive facial. It includes deep cleansing and exfoliation, microcurrent, ultrasound, and vitamin A and peptide therapies. The FYS Facial is a signature bespoke facial offered in 60, 75 or 90 minutes. The Works is a 120-minute facial with massage and sculpting of the face, neck and decollete, and is not suitable for pregnant clients or clients with acne.

Body and peel services include the FYS Body, Body Sculpting Pads, Sculpt + Tone and the combined FYS Face + Body. The Vitamin-Infused Peel takes 45 minutes, has no downtime and is often done as a series of 3 to 6. FYS Peels are customized clinical peels, usually done as a series of 3 to 6 every one to two months with vitamin A and C home care prescribed. Bio-Stimulation with GlycoAla is a collagen induction treatment for the face and neck, hands or chest, typically recommended as three sessions spaced apart.

Treatments are customized for each client by combining ingredients, professional-grade products and multiple technologies, aiming to restore the skin's natural functions with vitamins and targeted supplements.
