Clients who are new to the salon are usually asked to book a complimentary consultation first. Color prices vary with hair length, density and the time reserved for the appointment, and specialty and corrective color are priced during an in-salon consultation after a stylist has evaluated the hair. The front desk cannot quote a price over the phone.

Booking rules are straightforward: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice because each service has its own reserved time, the salon calls to confirm reservations, and a guest who arrives 15 minutes late may be moved to another appointment time. Robes are provided before color services, and adjustments to a cut or color can be requested within one week of the appointment, within reason. Refunds are not offered, and the salon is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
