The salon's menu is built in tiers. Classic options cover the basics with a soak, shaping, cuticle work and classic OPI polish. Essential and Feather Signature options add scrubs, masks, massage and, at the top tier, a paraffin wax treatment or hot stone massage. Manicures and pedicures can be booked on their own or paired in combination services that run from about an hour to two hours.
Polish options include classic OPI, and clients can upgrade to gel, SNS powder or acrylic. The salon says its nail artists are hand-picked, and it describes the results it aims for in strong terms; those are its own claims.
Hand and foot tools are sterilized and disinfected in an autoclave, and porous materials are thrown away after each use.
